Monthly Hiring Target: Collaborate with leadership to successfully hire 2–3 marketing professionals every month, including content writers, paid-ads specialists, SEO analysts, and social media managers.

- Bonus: Prior internship or coursework related to recruitment or digital marketing.
Time Commitment & Stipend
- Duration: 3 months, extension or conversion possible based on performance.
- Hours: ~25–30 hrs/week with flexible scheduling.
