About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Co-Founder – Sales to lead and scale our digital marketing business. This role is ideal for someone who has strong sales expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and is ready to take ownership of revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for digital marketing services

Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue

Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

Close high-value deals and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

Identify new market trends and business growth opportunities

Take ownership of revenue targets and business scaling

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales/business development in digital marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong network or ability to generate leads independently
