Monthly Hiring Target: Collaborate with leadership to successfully hire 2–3 marketing professionals every month, including content writers, paid-ads specialists, SEO analysts, and social media managers.

Learning Opportunities

  • End-to-end exposure to tech-enabled recruitment.
  • Mentorship from senior HR and marketing leaders.
  • Real-world experience with ATS and HR-tech tools.

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong written & verbal English, social-media savvy, basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Traits: Proactive, organized, able to juggle multiple requisitions, comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Bonus: Prior internship or coursework related to recruitment or digital marketing.

Time Commitment & Stipend

  • Duration: 3 months, extension or conversion possible based on performance.
  • Hours: ~25–30 hrs/week with flexible scheduling.
  • Stipend: Competitive monthly allowance plus performance-based bonus for meeting hiring targets.
